Our second stay at the property and it didn’t disappoint. The location is amazing with just a short walk to the main high street of Holt. The cottage is comfy and cosy with all amenities.

Very good, quiet location on the edge of Holt. Easy to get to and parking for two+ cars a big bonus. Comfortable sitting room / dining room and a well equipped kitchen. Lovely places to visit within a 30 minute radius.

This is a lovely little cottage in the charming town of Holt. The kids loved the little outdoor house and chess set. The owners were very informative on the phone prior to us going. Well worth a stay.
