The cottage is very cosy, well provided with an excellent, reliable internet connection. It is only a short drive to Norwich with all its amenities, as well as having a Tesco Supermarket 5 minutes away. The is excellent access to the A47 as well. I would highly recommend it, except when I want to stay there!

We love spending time at the Garden Cottage, we've been several times and feel it's a cosy little home from home! Small, obviously, but everything you could need nonetheless. The homeowner is also so lovely and accommodating. Perfect!

Garden Cottage was perfect for our needs as we mainly wished to re-visit Norwich and UEA. Tucked away in a peaceful rural location on the edge of Norwich yet very conveniently close to Harford Park and Ride we were able to enjoy several car-free trips into Norwich. The cottage was easy to live in being all on the ground floor. It was immaculately clean, very comfortable and well-equipped. I would recommend it.
