Woodland Park Lodges is hidden beneath a canopy of woodland deep in the glorious Shropshire–Wales border. An idyllic escape from the hustle of urban life, this is a perfect setting for those seeking to get away from it all with family, friends and four-legged companions.
Each unique lodge creates a magical woodland retreat with airy and modern open-plan interiors in warm greens and earth tones reflecting the beautiful surroundings, completed by private outdoor hot tubs and patios or verandahs. Breakfast to birdsong before the day’s exploring, or sit back and stargaze while the kids sleep off all that fresh air.
Magnificent woodland is on the doorstep – a paradise for kids of all ages! – with walks around the lodges in to dense forest. Ellesmere, 3 miles away, hosts a spectacular mere for boating, with dinghy sailing, canoeing and kayaking all nearby. Vibrant Shrewsbury is easily accessible.
There is a drop off luggage point near the lodges but car parking for all cars is in the main car park, only a 2 minute walk from the lodges.

Well presented and located lodge with private hot tub.

Nice and quiet. Beautifully clean cabin with good amenities.Not a lot going on, but we had a lovely time. Shrewsbury is really nice and Ellesmere is small, but the mere is really nice.

Little over priced when compared to what you get for similar money at centre parcs. Could do with a small shop on site. However we spent a great week there. Very quiet rural location. Lodge was spotless. Hot tub checked everyday. Would definitely stay again even if its a little pricey.
