This is a delightful chalet-style cottage in the pretty village of Lydbury North in the Shropshire Hills. With the cosy living areas and excellent rural location, this cottage is ideal for a group of family and friends to come and spend a holiday together. Upon entering Casa View, you are welcomed by two separate, alluring sitting rooms both offering comfortable seating, woodburning stoves and large TVs with Sky Q, they are fantastic spots to sit and relax when you're not out exploring this wonderful Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The kitchen diner is well-equipped with the benefit of a fantastic range cooker, as well as a large dining table able to seat 10 people for a lovely home-cooked meal. The ground floor boasts three charming double bedrooms with pleasant bed linen, two of them provide splendid views of the fields to the back of the property. There is also an immaculate downstairs family bathroom. A steep set of stairs take you to the first floor under the eaves, here you will discover two more well-presented bedrooms. The larger sitting room is home to a set of large patio doors leading into the wonderful garden that comes with Casa View. There is a decked seating area, as well as a patio area with an excellent swing seat and a hot tub for you to enjoy with a glass of bubbly. Lydbury North is a quiet little village that offers a well-respected food pub and a village shop. You are surrounded by the incredible Shropshire Hills which offers great opportunities for walking, cycling and scenery. The two market towns of Ludlow and Shrewsbury come within driving distance and are certainly worth visiting with their quaint buildings and things to do.
Lydbury North is in a valley amidst the Shropshire Hills. The village has a country inn, a community shop and a parish church. Nearby is the Bury Ditches, Offas Dyke and the Jack Mytton Way and the historic towns of Shrewsbury and Ludlow.
