A very nice flat overall. Small but attractive and well located near to the sea, the centre of Brighton, the pier is a short walk away, pubs, bars and restaurants just around the corner, as well as a number of grocery stores (Morrisons is best). The flat is up a number of stairs with no lift (not a problem for me). Comfortable except that the mattress was a little hard (again ok for me). The kitchen sink was blocked so that water drained away very slowly. As well, the wifi is pretty slow. Just about OK to stream Netflix. Sometimes the speed dropped even slower, but restarting the wifi box fixed it every time.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights, the flat was perfectly located and had everything we need. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed at Brighton Rock for 28 nights across November and had an absolutely lovely time. The flat is well located, fitted with lots of lovely stuff and the owners were very helpful kind people. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return in the future. Not a bad word to say.
