The Hollies is a cosy characterful cottage sleeping 6 in the tiny hamlet of Three Leg Cross, close to Ticehurst.  From here you can walk to Bewl Water and a recommended pub.  There is also a fruit farm where you can pick-your-own seasonal fruit. The property has a large garden full of mature shrubs and trees with lots of places for adults to sit and relax and for children to play.  Bewl Water is a 15 minute walk away which is perfect for walking, cycling and sailing and there are many famous gardens and castles to explore, steam trains and boats to ride on and the coast isn't too far away.  The area is full of good places to eat and the owner is a successful wine producer with her sparking rosé sold in The Bell at Ticehurst and The Curlew in Bodiam.  Bodiam Boating Station and The Kent & East Sussex Railway are also local attractions, making this a great location for a get-away at any time of the year.
