Brickworks is best for families with older children who can benefit from the nearby activities company; bush skills, paintball, high ropes, kayaking etc. Babies and children are welcome here but be aware there is quite a bit of delicate china around and the Beaulieu River is unfenced.
The house comes with a deep-water mooring. RIB or deep sea/coastal fishing trips can be arranged with collection from the jetty in front of the house. Stalking and field sports can be arranged.
Bedrooms - 1 Super king, 1 King, 1 King/twin and 2 single as mezzanine bed platforms (for kids only) for floor sleepers. 2 travel cots.
Bathrooms - Three - 2 en suite shower/bath, one family bathroom - all upstairs.
A Mongolian yurt to sleep 4 has been added for Summer 2017, providing an extra bedroom away from the main house. It will be styled and dressed for it's guests; romantic escapists, teenagers or a Lego den.
Big. Bold. Baronial. Boho. This eccentric, old brick factory looks out on to the only private river in Britain. The Beaulieu River, owned by the Montagu family of the Beaulieu Estate. Outside there is a grassy woodland glade towards the river. The garden is totally unfenced. Thick forest on 3 sides of the garden.
Priced at £1800 - £2000 for 3 night weekends and £3800 - £4200 for weekly stays.
