A three storey, modern town house, situated on a residential road just a short stroll away from Cowes main harbour and central amenities. Being family friendly, you can bring everyone along to enjoy the vibrant set up. Upon entering, you will be welcomed by a games room where the children can play table tennis and store their sporting and beach gear. Moving round, a sitting room is a light and airy place to relax from morning through to night time, and with patio doors leading onto a raised decked verandah; you can sit and admire the harbour which rests in the distance. The two seater couch can be converted into a sofa bed, ideal for any extra guests. A shower room is close by, well located, so the family can get ready at ease. Take the stairs up to the impressive sitting room with comfortable seating, and a balcony so you can step outside and be at one with the sea views and watch the comings and goings on the Solent. The kitchen lies to the front of the property, and makes a homely place to prepare your favourite meals before resting at the table during breakfast or dinner time. With a selection of children's books and games for everyone on hand, you may even want to relax here, and enjoy the street views. Up another set of stairs, a master bedroom is peaceful and carries an almost seaside theme, beautifully decorated with a balcony, and overlooks the breath taking sea. An en-suite compliments the room well. The children's room hosts bunk-beds, and is laced with a calming overtone, adjoined to a classic en-suite. Outside you can enjoy views at all levels by accessing the balconies, or simply wandering outside to the decked area, with plenty of seating for a peaceful afternoon. Cowes is an ideal base for exploring the rest of the island, with many award-winning sandy beaches, lovely walking country, both family friendly off-road or on-road cycling,as well as picturesque scenery and many family attractions. A getaway not to be missed.

The town of Cowes rests by the mouth of the river Medina, and is divided into two towns, linked by the regular floating bridge chain ferry. Both communities have much to offer visitors, with West Cowes known as a world famous yachting centre, with facilities for all kinds of watersports. Cowes is an ideal base for exploring the rest of the island, and visiting the sandy beaches, walking country and many family attractions.
