Ground Floor:

The front door opens into the hall with a small step down from the mat onto wooden floor with rug, hooks, stand for umbrellas and chest of drawers........

Bedroom 1 is to the front, with double bed and bedside tables with reading lights. Plenty of cunningly fitted cupboards and shelves incorporating a small dressing table with stool and mirrors enhancing the light and space. Hooks and shelves with wicker hampers and underbed containers increase the range and capacity for storage

Bedroom 2 has an extra large single bed flanked by fitted cupboards and shelving with useful storage and a wall mounted TV.  Glazed doors open on to a charming courtyard with bistro table and chairs

Cloakroom a clever use of space incorporates a bowl shaped washbasin on shelf above w.c. Understairs cupboard stores household cleaning equipment

Sitting Room is lovely and airy incoporating the roof space giving a wonderful sense of space belying the expected dimensions of cottage accommodation. The Kitchen Area has a fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven and hob and stainless steel sink set in wooden work surface.  Cupboards and open shelves house the well chosen china, crockery and glassware

Dining Area has a stylish steel table with seating for four and the Sitting Area has a three seater sofa, three armchairs and side table. TV with Freeview and DVD. A woodburning stove adds to the cosy ambience

Shower Room is fully tiled with large shower, washbasin and w.c

Notes: Not suitable for elderly or very young because of steep stairs.
