In addition to the three double bedrooms, one of which is en-suite, and the large family bathroom, this delightful property enjoys two sitting rooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, separate dining room seating six guests, and a large private walled garden. A courtyard area with a table and seating for six guests and a further comfortable seating area for four.
Shipton-under-Wychwood village is within walking distance from the cottage and is a great base from which to explore the vibrant city of Oxford and the gems of the Cotswolds, all just a short drive away. Guests can enjoy many country walks on the doorstep along with cycle paths in abundance, with many quaint tea rooms and pubs close by.

A beautiful cottage that has been tastefully refurbished combining both old and new in a quality setting. Great location for touring the Cotswolds and the village is very pretty with some good eating places in walking distance. We stayed at beginning of December and owner had decorated the cottage with a Christmas Tree and decorations. Welcome pack was very generous and the wood burner had been laid ready for use. Small touches like this shows that the owner cares about the comfort of their guests.

Largely as advertised but a lot of road noise, single beds collapsed, bird poo on outdoor furniture, bathwater streamed down the drive, 2 toilet rolls for 5 people for a week, housekeeping stingy with soap and washing up liquid etc.
