Lovingly refurbished and tucked away just two minutes from Mousehole and its the harbour, beach, pub, shops and restaurants, Molly Muppet is cosy bolthole for two or hideaway for one.
The homely little touches in this cute cottage are just as beautiful as the property itself. Molly Muppet, which sleeps two people in either a kingsize bed or twins, has been beautifully furnished using local artwork and is tucked away behind the owner’s home yet within walking distance of Mousehole’s harbour. The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner has a woodburning stove for cooler evenings, comfy chairs and settees and a well-equipped kitchen with Belfast sink. A spiral staircase leads upstairs to the pretty bedroom and bijou shower room (please note, that if you are taller than 6’2”, you may need to crouch a little in the shower). Outside, Molly Muppet has a large garden with a gravelled patio and outside seating.

Molly Muppet is a truly lovely cottage that delivers on character, comfort, cleanliness and location - we could not have been happier with our choice. Peachy, our host was friendly and welcoming but not in any way intrusive, and had clearly put a lot of thought into creating a holiday home that was interesting and unique in all the best ways. It was an added treat to have such a pretty garden to relax in The cottage was a two-minute stroll to Mousehole's picturesque harbour with its shops, eating places and the bus stop providing a very frequent service to Newlyn and Penzance. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Gorgeous, tiny but perfectly formed cottage in the heart of Mousehole. Perfect for exploring West Cornwall and walking tbe coastal path. Brilliant buses mean you can get around without a car. Mousehole has fantastic amenities and really is the prettiest village in the southwest.

Third time staying at Molly Muppet - it’s a gem of a place. The cottage is perfect - immaculate, well equipped & cosy. Particularly special is the beautiful garden with tables & chairs for relaxing & listening to the birds. An owl even appears nearby at night. Great location in the village near to small shops & a few good places to eat. Peachy is the best host & always so welcoming.
