Mermaids Cove oozes character and charm and offers guests a truly unique experience in one of the most photographed cottages in St Ives.
The main entrance to the property is on the first floor, directly off Quay Street and the property is set over three floors. The kitchen offers a kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, gas oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher and a back door leading straight to the beach. On the first floor the living room has smart TV, sofa bed, chest of drawers, window seat with gorgeous sea views and a collapsible dining table and stools. Please note the fireplace is not in use. The second floor boasts the master bedroom with double bed (4'6"), bedside tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe, window seat with sea views and an En Suite Bathroom with large roll top bath, basin, WC.
GARDEN & PARKING: There is outside space to the rear of the property on the public beach with table and chairs. No parking but there are pay and display car park nearby, the closest on Smeaton’s Pier.
Power and Heat: Gas central heating & electricity included in rent.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided,please bring your own beach towels.
Shop: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.
NOTES: No smoking. No pets. EE WiFi is provided. Mobile phone reception varies. Please note that this property is not suitable for children or people with mobility restrictions due to the steep spiral staircase.
