A stay at The Hide is a chance to take time out somewhere special and rediscover the Great Outdoors, and the stunning décor throughout means being inside after a day in the fresh air is as much of a pleasure as being outside discovering the nearby meadows.
Set in woodland just two miles from the South Devon coast, The Hide is a Scandinavian lodge with a bright, contemporary interior and views that’ll make you forget the rest of the world. An open plan layout and high quality furnishings make The Hide a welcoming place to escape from it all. Step onto the decking and enjoy the sounds of the surrounding woodland. Better yet, show the kids what an al fresco family meal’s really all about by cooking up a storm on the Indian fire pit.
The lodge is part of the family-run Gara Mill park which sits in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and just a short drive away you’ll find Slapton Sands, Slapton Ley Nature Reserve and the cobbled town of Dartmouth. Slapton Sands rolls on for three beautiful miles, making it a wonderful place to spend a day with the family.
