The open plan property is a wonderfully spacious and bright living area, two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and a family bathroom. A highlight of the property is the lovely sunroom conservatory with double doors that open on to a large sundeck and well established, enclosed (but not dog secure) garden beyond.
Being only five minutes’ drive from the beach, Pine Lodge makes an ideal base for those wanting to get away from it all and will suit anyone looking for a walking, cycling or traditional seaside family holiday. The property is conveniently located in easy driving distance of two Suffolk’s best loved coastal destinations as Aldeburgh is just 5 minutes’ away and Thorpeness 6 minutes’ away.

A five minute drive from Pine Lodge is Aldeburgh High Street where a wonderful range of amenities including a local deli, coffee shops, restaurants and fresh fruit, vegetable and fish market are waiting to be discovered. Travel the same distance in the opposite direction to reach Leiston and its High Street with shops and supermarkets.
Aldeburgh Beach is one of the best known on the Suffolk coast. The sand and shingle beach is the perfect place to spend the day, take a leisurely walk or enjoy some tasty fish and chips.
Take in the beauty of the Suffolk coasline along the Aldeburgh to Thorpeness Walk.
Suffolk has numerous nature reserves with a vast array of bird and wildlife to discover. The closest to Pine Lodge is North Warren less than a mile away, while a little further afield is Orford Ness National Nature Reserve which is reached by catching a National Trust ferry from Orford Quays.
The annual Aldeburgh Music Festival attracts classical music lovers from around the world. If music isn’t your thing then the Aldeburgh Food & Drink Festival may be more to your taste
Visit The Red House, composer Benjamin Britten’s former home on the outskirts of Aldeburgh. Stroll round the beautiful gardens, have a picnic in the grounds or have a game of croquet on the lawn where Britten also played.
An ongoing programme of music events are held at Snape Maltings throughout the year. There are also shops and art galleries to visit, as well as being a centre for walks along the River Alde.
