Pretty Petrel Cottage is in the centre of Southwold, in a quiet spot, close to the stylish shops, cafes, pubs and of course… the beach. This charming two bedroom holiday home, with garden and parking is beautifully furnished and kitted out to the highest standard. A great little cottage for four!
Southwold is a traditional coastal town famous for its pier, lighthouse, pastel coloured beach huts and fabulously fresh seafood! The town has some excellent independent shops, cafes and restaurants, be sure to call in for a pint of the acclaimed Adnams beer in one of the popular pubs.

First floor:Master bedroom: double bed, bedside cabinets, lamps, chest of drawers, wardrobes and ensuite shower room: shower, WC and hand basin.Family bathroom: bath, hand basin and WC.
Second floor:Bedroom 2: twin beds (restricted head height - suitable for children. This room is small with limited space either side of the beds.)
Entertainment: TV with Freeview, DVD, CD playerFor Families: board games and booksOutside: lawned enclosed garden at the front of the house with table and outdoor seating. Parking:General: WiFi. Bedding and towels provided. The cottage has underfloor heating on the ground floor, central heating upstairs and back up modern electric heaters on timers for instant heat in the cooler months. There is also an electric wood burner style fire in the living room. No smoking. Pets: Sorry, no pets. Accidental Damage Deposit: You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property.
