Horseshoes Barn is not ashamed of its roots; the winding staircase leads up to two cosy, attic style bedrooms which have been fitted with custom made furniture and bespoke accessories which only add to the delight of this rural, charismatic holiday home. The elegant and spacious bathroom is calming and comforting with its Farrow and Ball blue accents, exposed timber and gorgeous wood effect stone flooring. Take a winding trip down Suffolk country roads and you will find yourself at the wonderful coastal town of Southwold; spend a day enjoying a stroll along the beach, sampling the local ales and browsing the shops then top it off with a relaxing evening by the roaring woodburner. The integrated kitchen contains a Neff oven, Siemens hob, fridge with ice compartment, Kenward microwave, dishwasher, Indesit washer dryer.

Bathroom: Gorgeous roll top bath, invigorating power shower, fresh white washbasin and wc.

Bedroom 1: Double bed, bedside tables, bespoke wardrobe, custom fit oversized rug, dressing table.

Garden: Seating area outside the property with access to fresh produce.

Parking: Ample parking (please note the driveway is shared with the homeowner).

Heating: Oil heating and woodburner.

Pets: One well-behaved dog welcome.

Notes: Wi-Fi, towels and a starter pack of logs for the woodburner all provided. Please be aware the windows in the bedrooms are at floor height; they have safety catches but young children should be supervised. Guests bringing a pet should be advised that the homeowner does have cats on site.

Uggeshall is a quiet village which is just a ten minute drive to the popular beach at Southwold with its quirky Pier and beautiful coastline. Other attractions nearby are Africa Alive at Kessingland, the market town of Beccles, rspb Minsmere and Dunwich. The medieval city of Norwich with its cathedral, cinemas, restaurants and excellent shopping is just 26 miles away.
