Wangford Lodge is a real hidden gem! Being located just 0.1 miles from the A12 in Henham and hidden behind trees, this holiday cottage sits proudly detached within its own grounds with the garden area completing surrounding the cottage. The outside area comes complete with a large patio and lawn areas which together provide a fantastic outdoor space along with plenty of private parking.

Inside Wangford Lodge interiors are perfected by a complimentary colour scheme and modernity. Most of the accommodation resides on the ground floor and there’s a fantastic master suite on the first floor. The large tiled entrance hall provides a good space for boot storage along with hooks for coats. The tiled flooring continues through to the lovely open plan room which combines a kitchen, dining and sitting area. The kitchen has all the latest appliances which include a Rangemaster with seven gas rings and Neff branded appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine. A large Bosch fridge freezer provides plenty of space for storing your self-catering delights. A fabulous kitchen island is positioned in the centre of the room which gives storage for wine along with additional cupboard a drawer space.

A step down from the kitchen brings you into the dining area with a table and four chairs along with a bench seat. Leading on from here is the generous sitting area where you will find two comfortable sofas along with two chairs and large Panasonic wall mounted Smart TV. This area has a further ‘wow’ factor with its bi-folding doors which open on to the large patio area with great views of the garden and woodland.

Also from the kitchen area is a hallway with a stable door at the end. This hallways leads to two king size bedrooms and a single bedroom along with the family bathroom. Leading up to the first floor is the master suite which offers privacy from the rest of the cottage. Here you’ll discover an open room which comes with many character features such as beams and eaves and a sumptuous super king size bed for a great night’s sleep. The bedroom area leads to the open shower room area where you will find a large shower cubicle with a glass screen along with a vanity unit and wc.

The Heritage Coast, Walberswick, Dunwich, Minsmere Bird Reserve, Aldeburgh and Orford are easy to explore and the historic sites of Sutton Hoo and Framlingham are only about thirty minutes away.
