Brixham View is a one bedroom apartment and offers direct access from its sub tropical communal garden onto Rock Walk so you can be down on the sea front and onto the south coast path within minutes. Take a stroll along the iconic Victorian pier, book a star-studded show at the Princess Theatre or drop in to one of the many excellent cafés or bars in the surrounding area. Visit the fine dining restaurants on the Torre Abbey seafront and look out for the many watersports, sailing and regatta events, fishing, fireworks, Red Arrows, various boat trips and the many events that take place throughout the year in this cheerful, stylish seaside town.

The kitchen area is well-equipped with all you could need for a comfortable stay as well as complimentary prosecco and basics such as tea and coffee to get you started on your holiday. Bay Fort Mansions is located in Warren Road where there are many unrestricted parking spaces all along the surrounding roads, Secure coded gate with direct access onto Rock Walk.
For those guests who wish to make trips to many of the tourist attractions it is possible to purchase a parking permit from Torbay Council which entitles you to unlimited parking in any council owned car park across the bay. These can be purchased online.
Torquay railway station is a five minute journey by taxi from Bay Fort Mansions.

We chose this destination as the description said close to local amenities, which was true, a five minute walk was quoted, what was not stated however that you had to descend and then climb a steep cliff which is not easy for one in advanced years.Another point is was quoted that ample parking was available which was true if you were lucky enough to find one! The welcome pack was also disappointing consisting of a pint of milk and a box of Devon fudge so be prepared to take everything you might need.Apart from the above the apartment was clean and in good order.
