Wellspring Cottage offers comfortable stay for 4 guests in 2 bedrooms with sunny private courtyard at the rear of the property. This holiday home is a short drive away from Torquay Sea front, Town centre, Marina & Living Coasts.
Size: sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms (extra person on clic clack sofa bed in lounge for extra charge of £50)
Beds: 3 beds (1 King, 2 Singles) + a sofa bed a t extra charge
Rooms: Ground floor kitchen & utility room, open plan lounge-diner, lounge. First floor 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom.
Kitchen & utilities: The kitchen is well equipped and 5 ring gas Falcon Range cooker with double oven and grill, as well as warming drawer. Microwave. Washing machine and slim line dishwasher. Under counter fridge and under counter freezer.
Entertainment: TV’ Freeview, books, Kiddies wardrobe with toys and books.
Outside: fully enclosed courtyard garden with furniture.
Parking: no allocated parking, but plenty of on-street parking on the roads nearby – subject to availability.
General: (WI-Fi, heating and electricity included, linen/towels provided, non-smoking)
Pets: no pets. Pet free house.
Note: Families with children welcome - please let us know if you require a travel cot, a highchair and stairgate (at the top and bottom of the stairs) for your stay. You might also find useful there is a bed guard for one of the single beds in the second bedroom and some plug socket covers at the property.
Security deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Wonderful, charming house that really welcomes you in a relaxed atmosphere. A lot of attention to small details that makes you feel right at home. We really enjoyed the big stove with three ovens in the kitchen. With two really good supermarkets nearby, you can make yourself a treat (as we love to do during our holidays). Another aspect that we were pleasantly surprised by, was the garden. It offers enough space to sit with 4 to 6 people, and in the summer it catches the sun from early in the morning until late in the evening!! Oh, and on behalf of our kids: pretty fast WIFI: at least 40 MB/sec. Streaming on multiple devices simultaneously is possible.

This is a great place to stay. Clean, tidy, and everything you need for a home from home stay. Plenty of free parking (and close to the train station), well equipped kitchen and fast wifi.

The house was lovely. We stayed as we were going to a family wedding. The house was very clean, had all the amenities and had a really homely feel to it. In a convenient location, and not too far at all from Torquay's Pier. I would certainly stay again, and recommend the house to anybody.
