We did have an issue with the internet dropping quite a bit and it would have been useful to have a shower instead of a bath upstairs, but on the whole we could not fault the property on what it offered.

Immaculate accomodation throughout and we couldn't fault it in anyway, by far the best we've stayed at. Stunning rural countryside but really close to an Aldi and Marsdens pub "The Elms" which is dog friendly inside and does fantastic food. Lutterworth is closeby with lots of small shops and character filled pubs. Bathroom/Shower room towels plentiful, also provided toilet rolls, shampoo, hand wash etc. Lots of Kitchen equipment and cutlery. Electric oven, Microwave and Dishwasher. Seperate utility room with Tumble dryer and Washing Machine. Wifi was perfect and met our adult kids needs!! Secure wrap around garden perfect for dogs with front and back doors. Horses the paddock was a lovely. Arable farm (plants) so no farm animal smells. Owners were incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive to questions and have clearly responded to other reviewers comments eg installing outdoor light etc. We really couldn't find anything negative to say about our stay. We will definatley be back regularly to visit family now we've found this little gem!

Our family came for a Birthday celebration and stayed for the weekend. There was everything we could possibly want , it was spotlessly clean and the beds were super comfy. The kitchen was perfect for 8 of us. The heating (fortunately) was super efficient and we needed it as it was very cold towards the end of our stay. Only slight niggle was that the bins were full and we just had to leave the rubbish in bags in the bin area. Would definitely recommend the cottage and the surrounding area.
