Outside, the rear garden provides an ideal place for discussing the day's activities over a morning coffee or enjoying a refreshing evening drink before heading out to the theatre or to try one of the many excellent restaurants in the town. The area has an abundance of National Trust properties, enjoy the beautiful houses of William Shakespeare or take a boat trip on the River Avon. Many Cotswold towns and villages are close by, as well as Warwick with its magnificent castle and Leamington Spa offering beautiful Georgian architecture. A superb cottage in a wonderful location to be enjoyed all year round.

Me and my friend have stayed in a few places, and this has been the nicest. The only problem we had there was not enough information about the rubbish collection. When we arrived the bin was full, until the day we left. And there wasn't any up to date information on recycling.

Handy for touring around the area. Lovely suntrap of a rear garden.

It was quiet inside, despite being on a busy road. All is in place for a comfortable stay, and the owner and her son were very helpful to me in answering questions. The beds are comfortable, and the shower is great! The one suggestion I would have, for us shorter folk, would be a footstool for the upper shelves, wall hooks and other unreachable places! Thank you, Kathy, for a wonderful stay. I hope to return in the not-too-distant future. Sylvia
