No negative comments from us . When opening side gate the first thing you notice is the size of the garden , it is massive. You then notice the hot tub ( more later ) . Main door takes you into a good size and well stocked kitchen . Down a long hall are 3 well furnished bedrooms and a large bathroom with walk in shower . But the hot tub is the icing on the cake . To sit in it after a long day touring was lovely . There is next to it an outdoors shower and a toilet/laundry room with wc , washing machine and dryer . Finally nice driveway for parking 2 cars , just be careful as you have to reverse onto a main road . All in all the perfect cottage

The Cottage is well appointed and was spotless on arrival. The garden was beautiful and well used when the cool weather gave us a break! The hot tub was a big hit and after a little hiccup on the temperature (which was fixed within hours of reporting to the owner) used daily. We found the space private and cosy and the couple of maintenance issues were quickly resolved. A couple of observations from us are that the property would benefit from a lid for the frying pan or a splatter guard, a second bin for recycling waste in the kitchen as a family quickly gathers rubbish and it is easier to hold it somewhere and a free standing airing rack would have been nice for towels post showers. Note for future guests, the meter for the washer/dryer has a slot for money on the top of the right hand side and is £1 for 30 minutes; it does not stop the time once it has started counting down even whilst machines are not running so sort/check washing quickly! Also that people using these facilities empty the two filters to prevent fire risk as both were full when I checked before using and clearly hadn't been emptied in a while. The surrounding area is beautiful with essential amenities in Withernsea. Further afield we found Hornsea a lovely place to stroll around and would recommend the Green Owl pub here who welcomed the dog with treats. Also the Watt Arms in Ottringham serves a lovely wholesome meal and worth the 0 minute drive. Would not hesitate to return to this lovely cottage.

Cottage was really comfortable and hot tub was great. Only negative was a lack of a few basics no spare toilet rolls or cleaning materials other than that we couldn't fault it and would stay again.
