Our third stay in the lovely cottage. Had a lovely drive to Grassington where the new All Creatures Great and Small was filmed, Lovely meal at The Kings Arms, Askrigg. Also white Hart in Hawes. Saw red squirrels in Cotterdale, also saw one just outside here! Also meal and drinks in Moorcock - lovely. Weather up and down but ok.

Our first visit to Yorkshire. Beautiful countryside, lovely town and a superb cottage. Couldn't have asked for more. Lots of walking opportunities straight from the door. Hope to be back.

Been to Halfway House before. Loved it the first time and this return time, even planning a return any time soon. Great weather although forecast wasn't great. Good food in Hawes. A great venue for exploring the Dales.
