Set in peaceful woodland surroundings of the Paul Lawrie Golf Centre at Inchmarlo, this spacious, semi-detached villa is the ideal base from which to explore Royal Deeside, or enjoy a round or two on the 9-hole Queens Golf Course. It offers elegant open plan living with balcony on the first floor to make the most of the wonderful views and contemporary bedrooms on the ground floor. Stylishly furnished with a high level of comfort, it is the perfect place to relax after a rewarding day on the greens, or an adventurous expedition to the Scottish Highlands. Take advantage of the hospitality offered at the club with its restaurant and bar facilities, or venture into the attractive town of Banchory for some good shopping and selection of restaurants.

The Grampian Mountains, attractive woodlands and delightful rural scenery, is ideal for the walker or climber. Add in the nearby castles and distilleries and you have the ideal place for a holiday break. The majestic River Dee nearby, offers good salmon fishing and the beauty spots of Linn of Dee and the Bridge of Feugh, both offer the opportunity to see salmon jumping. There are numerous other excellent golf courses in the surrounding area and many other leisure opportunities within easy reach, including skiing at Glenshee or the Lecht and excellent cycling on the many cycle paths. Royal Deeside has numerous castles, most with a wealth of history. Those open to the public are Braemar, Balmoral, Crathes, with its world famous gardens, and Drum, the latter two being National Trust for Scotland properties. On the edges of Royal Deeside there are several more castles including Corgarth, Craigievar and the ruins of Dunnottar Castle. Shop, pub and hotel ½ mile. Queen’s Court No 32 can be booked together with Queen’s Court No 22 (UK5345) to accommodate up to 10 guests.

"It was a great week, wonderful views and we were lucky with the weather too. The holiday home was so comfortable and warm and well equipped. Having our dogs with us made the holiday and we were able to give them a good local walk before our day started. We hope to return next year."

"Lovely quiet area. Beautiful view from the balcony . House was exactly what we were looking for.Lovely walks with the dog on your door step. Few minutes drive from Banchory shops. The only thing it was lacking in my opinion was a stair gate and travel cot for people with young children as we had a 1 year old and didn't have a travel got with us"

"Had a very enjoyable stay at the property, it had everything you require for your stay including kitchen essentials ( washing up liquid, dish cloths, kitchen roll, salt & pepper sugar hand soaps etc ) the only thing I was disappointed with was the cleanliness of the kitchen surfaces, the kettle and toaster had a layer of greasy dust on them also the canisters on the work top, the hob and oven front weren't clean and the oven gloves were dirty with dried on food. I understand that it is no more than day to day use from previous guests but when you are paying a good sum of money to stay in a property I would expect a little more attention to detail.The rest of the property was very clean and comfortable and the nearby town of Banchory had all the amenities you could want, overall a very nice holiday."

"A few small things could be improved for a family who self catered every evening. The tin opener didn’t work and needs replaced. A couple of small side tables would benefit to put your coffee cups on rather than having to reach over to the large coffee table and a further standard-type light on the other side of the room from the existing one so that the ceiling lights didn’t have to be on in the evening if you were reading. The front door lock was very stiff to close and may just cease one day!Just small things. Apart from these, the accommodation was ideal, the bedrooms with all single beds suited us perfectly so no real complaints."
