"The setting of the cottage was outstanding, near to marvellous walks. The cottage itself was charming and comfortable and extremely clean. Both the cottage and the northern tip of the Trotternish peninsula were simply magical."
    Mrs Read, Attleborough, Norfolk
"Cosy, well equipped and clean cottage. Information pack left by the owner was very welcome and full of interesting and helpful information. The extra touches of milk in the fridge and flowers on the dining table was a nice welcoming touch. "

"Worth the rather long travel time. If driving from the south, stay overnight half way, just south of Glasgow at Shawlands Park Hotel, Larkhall. Great walks, wildlife etc. Hire the fast rib based in Uig to see eagles, whales, seals etc. Highly recommended."
"We liked the cottage being a typical scottish one and in line with the surrounding landscape. The comfort is not so high. The cottage certainly is an old one but very individual."
