    Enjoying panoramic sea views, this charming cottage is within walking distance of the harbour and the beach.
    Situated right on the seafront in the charming west coast village of Ullapool, S89084 enjoys stunning panoramic sea views all round. Originally built in the 19th century to accommodate the fishing boom at the time, this lovely stone house has been completely renovated and restored and now provides a good standard of accommodation, with the best of contemporary living throughout. Its high ceilings and large windows ensure all rooms are light and bright. The main living room at the front of the house looks out across Ullapool Bay, with an ever-changing seascape, small fishing boats and craft adding further interest. This attractive room has a good quality suite and a large solid wood dining table at the far end. There is a well-equipped fitted kitchen with all up-to-date appliances and a separate utility room which also serves as a cloakroom, with toilet and washbasin. Upstairs there are three generously proportioned bedrooms, with ample room for up to five guests, and the family-sized bathroom has a bath with shower over. Rumour has it that Charlie Chaplin once stayed at S89084 when visiting the area.
    All the amenities of this thriving and renowned coastal village are within easy walking distance. Stroll along the waterfront to the harbour and port. There are pubs, restaurants, shops and other amenities all within a few minutes from the house. Boat trips run from the harbour in season to explore the unspoilt coastline, fish, or discover the myriad of sealife that frequent these waters. Ullapool is also the terminus for the ferry to the Outer Isles. There are numerous sandy beaches within a short drive and plenty of outdoor activities in the area, including kayaking, sailing, hill walking, cycling, golf, fishing and horse riding. Beach 10 yards. Shop and restaurant 300 yards, pub 20 yards.

The owner was most obliging and provided us with a high chair and cot for our baby and even installed a stair gate too. The owner also left a plentiful supply of tea bags, lavatory paper, towels, soap, stationery and other sundry items for us to use. We definitely intend to return to S89084 in the future!"
