"The only thing missing for me was a wall mounted hand grip in the shower which would considerably aid older visitors or ones with disabilities."
    SZLITKUS – 10 Nov 2018
"The owners were very welcoming and generous but the bungalow and contents are rather tired and need updating"
    Susie – 6 Oct 2018
"The cottage was in the most beautiful location and having never stayed in Carmathenshire before, we weren't disappointed that around every bend in the road there was another beautiful view. Especially down the Towey valley and estuary. The location of the cottage was perfect and the owners very friendly and helpful. The weather was fantastic too, which always helps. The field out the back was perfect for our dogs and with views of the mountains, it made us want to move to that area."

"Lovely cottage great location great for dogs the cottage has a huge enclosed field and the garden is also enclosed. The small bed had a plastic bed cover which made it very hot. Near the road so can be quite noisy sitting outside. Inside is sound proof."

    Rebecca – 20 Aug 2018
"The cottage is lovely and clean and has everything you need. The enclosed garden is very nice. The owners are warm and welcoming and on arrival with had a cream tea and a lovely rhubarb crumble and custard waiting for us. Our dogs (2 labs) loved the field!! they couldn't wait to go out to it a few times a day :D. The cottage is a great base for exploring. If I was going to put anything negative I would say that the use of the field which is allocated times throughout the day which is great, could start a little earlier then 9am. I would stay here again for sure. Thank you so much."

"From the warm welcome on arrival, not to mention the cream tea and the rhubarb crumble and custard and barm brack, to the farewell wishes when we left, Keith and Ysanne couldn't have been kinder. The cottage was well equipped and comfortable and we all said that we would like to go back and that one week wasn't long enough.Being able to walk out to the field in the morning to walk the dog was a joy and Tilly enjoyed having the space to run.Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a holiday in Wales."
    Rob – 16 Jul 2018

"It was brilliant. For once we didn’t need to worry about the dogs, the courtyard garden was secure and the field was totally dog proof 2 acres of freedom, Teasel’s only complaint was that there were no rabbits! The cottage was excellent, everything we needed and beautifully clean. The welcome basket and freshly baked Afternoon Tea was delicious. Ysanne and Keith made us very welcome and provided us with useful local information. The views and surrounding countryside are stunning, the perfect place to rest and recharge your batteries."
