This cosy cottage lies close to the beach, shops, pub and restaurants and includes an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, as well as a beautiful enclosed terraced garden with views over Mount's Bay.
This pretty, traditional granite cottage is just a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Mousehole and has lovely sea views. Bumbles sleeps six people and has a spacious lounge/kitchen/diner with a stone fireplace and wood burner stove, two bathrooms and a rear terraced garden with a lovely summerhouse at the top. The dining table is well-placed to enjoy the sea glimpses whilst the kitchen is well-equipped with a gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs the king-size and twin bedrooms benefit from sea views of Mount's Bay, St Clement's Isle and St Michael's Mount; whilst the rear double bedroom has an en suite shower room. There is also a family bathroom on this floor. Outside, as well as the rear terraced garden, Bumbles has a seating area to the front which has lovely views.

We stayed at bumbles for a week and it did not disappoint! The situation on the quieter side of Mousehole is ideal away from the busy harbour but perfectly placed to watch the goings on from afar and a lovely sea view from the front windows. The terrace was a perfect spot for morning coffee and a glass of wine in the evenings to watch the ever changing sea and bay right round to St. Michaels mount. We had been previously to Mousehole 15 years ago when my now husband asked me to marry him there. We returned last week with our two children 10 and 8 who thoroughly enjoyed swimming in the harbour and body boarding at the beaches at Sennen and Marazion. The cottage is super comfy and very clean which is a must for us. Beware those with a disability, the elderly or those with young children as the front and rear steps are very steep and we didn’t go into the back garden due to this which was a shame. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely return next year.

The Bumble in Mousehole is a very cosy cottage with style and sufficient room for up to 6 guests. It even has two separate bath/shower rooms, one of it ensuite. We felt very comfortable and spent a great time with family/friends. Special feature is the "summer house or shed" behind the cottage, elevated with views over the roof to the sea.

Fantastic for our needs and plenty of space. Excellent selection of utensils to make use of in kitchen. Scones and cream a lovely touch upon arrival. Great location.
