About this property

This period townhouse dates back to 1892, resting in the heart of the ever-popular Llandudno on the North Wales coast. Bring your friends and family to this lovingly decorated property; it makes for the perfect base for a holiday of shopping, beaches, scenery, walking or simply sitting back and relaxing. Be instantly charmed by this terraced house; upon entering you are greeted by its traditional tiled flooring and other original features. Head left into the spacious living/dining room, with enough room for everybody to gather and enjoy a cosy evening watching the TV, with a stunning feature fireplace tying the room together perfectly. At the back of the property lies the stylish kitchen, with everything that you need, including an American fridge/freezer and a range cooker, to rustle up those hearty meals for you and your loved ones. The seven pleasantly decorated bedrooms come on the first and second floors, all expertly finished to a hotel-like standard, with feature wallpaper adding a touch of class to each of these homely rooms. Abbeylands House is complete with a fabulous family bathroom and two shower rooms, all immaculately tiled, so you can get ready for your day in style. Llandudno provides you with everything that you could possibly need, from an array of high-quality amenities to the two glorious beaches, incredible scenery and the picturesque Great Orme, which is a must-see. From here you can tour the finest features of North Wales, from the myriad of beaches along the coast, to the unspoilt Isle of Anglesey and the simply breath-taking Snowdonia National Park for a more active pastime. Come and stay at Abbeylands House for any type of holiday at any time of year.

Llandudno lies between the Great Orme and the Little Orme on the North Wales coast. The town offers two beaches - the North Shore and the West Shore. Reach the summit of the 679ft Great Orme by tramway or cable car for the best views. The town has a selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés, as well as Venue Cymru for opera, ballet, musicals, comedy and orchestras. 4 miles away is Conwy - a World Heritage Site. Conwy is dominated by a castle and is enclosed by its town walls. Discover beaches along the coast and walking and climbing in the Snowdonia National Park.

Extreemly high standards of cleanliness fixtures and fittings. Every kitchen appliance and crockery and glassware that we needed and a lovely welcome pack. This property was perfect for us and I will defiantly rebook.

Plenty of bedrooms to choose from and bathrooms. We had everything we needed and it was spotless. My grandson loved the games room, what a great idea. We even received a welcoming gift of Prosecco, milk and some homemade buns, such a lovely touch! The house is near to all shops and just a 15 min walk to the promenade and pier. Lots of walks in the area and we even saw some seals on our walk round the Orme. Will definitely return, it's a home from home.

It waa clean, comfortable and had everything we required for the holiday. The wine, milk and cupcakes were very welcome.
