Buzzard View is a sumptuous two bedroom luxury barn conversion set on the side of a hill with panoramic views across the Conwy Valley within a few miles of the North Wales coast, Bodnant Gardens and Betws-y-Coed. This luxury boutique retreat is situated 2 miles from the village of Eglwysbach which has a convenience store and pub.

The cottage dates back some 400 years and is packed with modern luxuries and high quality fittings. The lounge is beautifully presented with inviting leather sofas, a wood burning stove, large flatscreen TV with digital receiver, DVD player, iPod dock and CD player. This opens into a sun lounge with additional seating and views across the sun deck to the valley beyond. The generous kitchen diner is beautifully fitted and a pleasure to cook in. It is fitted with oak fitted units, granite work surfaces, halogen hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and an oak table and chairs for four. Upstairs the main bedroom is a treat with its high vaulted ceiling, kingsize bed, flatscreen TV and luxury ensuite shower room with large walk-in shower, WC and washbasin with waterfall tap. The second bedroom also boasts a high vaulted ceiling and is furnished with twin beds. The luxurious bathroom has a feature rolltop bath, WC and basin.

The cottage has twice the standard insulation and it uses an eco-friendly heat recovery system to ensure a cosy temperature all year round.This also makes it ideal for allergy sufferers. The property enjoys travertine tiles warmed with underfloor heating on the ground floor and has oak flooring throughout the bedrooms.

Outside, guests can enjoy an enclosed and elevated private sun deck - a large decked area with garden table and chairs, two sun loungers, a parasol, charcoal barbecue and views across valley. There is an additional rear patio, also enclosed, and ample off-road parking. There are many country walks right from the door, great for exploring.

WiFi included. Please note the WiFi is for browsing only, with restricted use between 7am and 12 midnight. Use is unrestricted outside these times.
