A superb, double-fronted, pre-Victorian, terraced, former miner’s cottage is situated in a stunning elevated position, above the popular seaside town of Llandudno, North Wales. Stylishly presented, with cosy and welcoming living accommodation, this delightful cottage is ideal for a family or two couples to make their own, for a memorable and peaceful holiday by the sea, and an easy walk to the shops, promenade and beach. Entering into an open lobby, you will find the sitting room to your right with a feature fire creating a focal point and comfy sofa’s just inviting you to sit down, relax and plan exciting activities for each day of your holiday. The stylish dining room is full of character and ideal for social evenings after preparing a lovely home-cooked meal in the fitted kitchen at the rear of the cottage. Upstairs, you will find three charming and inviting bedrooms, with a master double bedroom and twin bedroom, offering sea glimpses, and an amazing view of Llandudno town, the West Shore and Deganwy at night, plus there's a cute single room that the children will love. The family bathroom is modern and offers a bathroom to suit everyone’s preference. This charming attractive cottage is located on a gated path, shared with the other nine cottages, so the front patio garden enjoys an undisturbed spot to sit and enjoy the enviable elevated view across the bay with morning coffee, fresh orange juice and the newspapers from the local shop, or perhaps indulge in a glass of wine as the sun sets. Steps lead down from the end of the cottages into the town centre, meaning that you have access to all amenities in three minutes’ walk and the beach and pier is no more than five minutes’ away. Alternatively, you can quickly get to the tram station, only two minutes away, and hop on to the top of the Great Orme, perhaps enjoying a cable car ride, a session on the dry ski slope or an exhilarating toboggan ride back down. Then you can follow that with a walk along Marine Drive around the headland of the Great Orme. This wonderful corner of North Wales, along with this delightful character cottage, has so much to offer you will want to return to enjoy it all time and again.

Llandudno lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme and it is these headlands, and the town's two waterfronts, that give this tourist resort its special appeal. The town offers two superb beaches - the North Shore, with its wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels and the quieter West Shore with miles of sandy shoreline backed by sand dunes and superb views towards Anglesey.
