A fantastic house to relax in or use as a base to come home to after exploring this lovely area and beyond.

Outside: Terraces are uneven and steps to each level also uneven and steep.

First paved terrace with bistro table and 2 chairs.  Middle terrace with Utility laundry room and a place to sit.  

Top terrace with bench and views over the harbour. Solar powered garden lights.

Parking: An allocated parking space in the main carpark for this property, No. 12 (No permit needed)

There is a chain across the space, just behind the Tram park area on the right as you drive in.

    Looe with more facilities, 4 miles. Plymouth 22 miles. Eden Project 21 miles. Fowey via Bodinnick Ferry 8.5 miles.  

    Charlestown (tall ships harbour) 23 miles.

    Padstow and Port Isaac on the North Coast 32 miles.
