In Craig y Don, a village area on the outskirts of Llandudno (often considered as part of Llandudno), not far from the Little Orme. Just around the corner from the very nice local park, within easy walking distance of the sea, local shops and amenities, and a comfortable slightly longer walk (less than a mile) into the heart of Llandudno (with all its shops, restaurants, galleries, theatre, dry ski slope and the Victorian pier and promenade). This quiet residential spot is perfect for a fabulous family holiday in North Wales, you have all the convenience of a popular seaside resort on your doorstep yet just short drive will bring you to the majestic mountains of Snowdonia, historic houses & glorious gardens of the National Trust, castles, culture and more activities than you can possibly experience in just one holiday.

Ormes View is a lovely house, light and airy with four bedrooms (each with it's own T.V.) on the first floor. King size bed for the master bedroom, with views over to the little Orme, one twin bedroom, one double and a room with bunkbeds. There is also a family bathroom on the first floor (bath with shower over) and an additional shower room on the ground floor. On the ground floor is the spacious entrance hall, two lounges and the modern open plan kitchen diner. The main lounge has comfortable seating, large television and pleasant views over the front garden and the second lounge again beautifully furnished, with open fire (starter pack of firewood provided) and a second television an ideal space to relax after a busy morning on the mountains, or a quiet space for you to plan your next days adventures. There is off road parking for two cars and a pretty front garden which is fully enclosed.

Facilities include full central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, American style fridge-freezer, WiFi, DVD and garden furniture.   This is a no smoking property and up to two well behaved dogs are welcome.

This cottage has a £250 refundable accidental damage bond.  Alternatively, you can choose to pay a non-refundable £25 accidental damage waiver so you don't have to pay the bond and are protected from accidental damage claims at Ormes View up to a value of £250.
