"Lovely cottage Mr & Mrs Owen a credit to both of them, thank you"
    - Mrs Watson, February 2017
"The owners had thought of everything and made it so easy for us to enjoy our holiday with three under fives. Even with storm Doris causing havoc around us the owners were great and ensured we had all we needed."
    - DaveDXN, May 2016
"Having scoured the internet to find somewhere to cater for a party of 8 my partner found this place, it ticked all the boxes and was reasonably priced too only costing £624 for a week but £35 of that was a booking fee which we were charged (might be an idea to book direct with the owner) . The kitchen is a good size with a large dining table, its fully loadd with dish washer , washing macine you name it its got it, the front room has 3 sofas which are a little dated along with the TV but this doesn't detract from how nice the place is. larger conservatory which gets lovely and warm in the daytime and opens up onto the garden which is also a good size and has views of fields. There are hens on site which you can get fresh eggs from for a nominal charge of £1 for six, the kids loved getting the eggs in the morning for breakfast, next door the owners have some cattle, mainly sheep and cows but if you ask them you can go onto the yard when they are there and see them. The bedrooms are of a good size with one having en suite , there are 3 toilets including the en suite so fighting for the bathroom wasn't an issue . Ample parking at the property and a well kept cottage."
    - Sarah F, July 2014
"The property is conveniently Located for beaches, castles, churches, walkers. The property was clean on arrival and well equipped in all rooms, although was advertised to have 2 did players and there was only 1, but as the weather was so fantastic the whole week luckily we didn't need 2. The conservatory was lovely and comfortable with fabulous views over the local country side. We had plenty of room inside and out but the first 2 days were upset by the owners 2 dogs that were allowed to roam freely in the property garden. We had to clean up the dog mess ourselves and 1 of the dogs nipped my son on the leg, needless to say we contacted the owners who did come and collect the dogs within a few hours. After that we had a fabulous time and if we could be guaranteed there would be no dogs we would visit again."

"This is spacious and well appointed accommodation in a rural setting. Don't be put off by a "Street View" image of what appears to be a small scrapyard at the entrance to the property. This is only a hard working local garage on an adjoining site which caused us no problems. Try not to arrive for the first time in the dark. Access is along a network of narrow lanes which have their own charm, but could cause navigation problems. The accommodation is well equipped and spotlessly clean - a credit to its owners. For dining you have the option of a large dining table in the spacious kitchen, an alternative in a conservatory or outdoor dining at a table in a raised garden area. We were there on a blazing hot week when all doors were kept open, but the owners two collie dogs were amazingly well behaved. Never once did they attempt to enter the house and were lovely with our 11-month-old grandson. The property is a credit to its owners and we would have no hesitation in returning."

"The house is fantastic and the views are stunning. We loved the huge kitchen and range, the shower was fab' and everything beautifully clean and modern. We loved it so much we hope to book for next year. "
    Mrs Tracy Mead, Moulton, Cheshire
"We have stayed in numerous houses/cottages over the years, and this was by far was the best we have ever stayed in. When we arrived we were blown away by how lovely the house was. It was exceptionally clean and had all the space (and more) we could possibly need. The wood pile was VERY welcome as it was quite a cold week. The gardens were amazing for the children and they absolutely adored collecting eggs and going to see the chickens. All beds were comfy, showers worked well and the heating was just about right (especially the amazing wood burner). Then to top it all, the things left for children to play with made our week just the best. The location is ideal, remote but close enough to lots of places to visit and shops not far away. There was very little more we could ask for."
Mrs Karen Powell, Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire
"It was lovely to return to the cottage for a second occasion and it was just as we remembered it; clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were extremely comfortable. The cottage was well located to access all the wonderful sights of North Wales."
    Mrs Robinson, Huddersfield,
"Wonderful. A fantastic property, so peaceful & quiet. In a fantastic location with fantastic & very helpful owners. Every need was catered for, even a toy box full of toys suitable for our one year old grandson. Will definitely go again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday."
    Miss Susan Borgerson, Preston, Lancashire
"We really enjoyed our stay here. The view from the garden over the hills was beautiful and the house was very homely. Went with two children and they both loved the cows mooing in the morning right by the garden fence."
Miss Angela King, Bingley, West Yorkshire
"Ideal location for exploring north Wales, property is immaculate with high quality interior furnishings and everything in full working order. We loved the farm location with the sheep, hens, cows and sheep dogs close by. The views from the property were amazing, we had perfect sunny weather and the garden was great for the children, safe and secure. We could not rate this property more highly, loved every moment and would certainly recommend. We hope to return one day , perfect home from home. "
Mrs Karen Scholes, Stockport, Greater Manchester
"Lovely touches on arrival, milk in the fridge, fresh farm eggs and a paper. Owner provided two stair gates and two high chairs which was really helpful. Great living space with plenty of room for kids. Only 15 minutes from the A55, so a great base for North Wales."
    Mrs Deborah Wilson, Wirral, Merseyside
"The cottage was beautifully decorated & felt like a home from home. It was an ideal location to see the many sights in North Wales. The owners were very helpful & the children loved playing with the farm dog (who was very good at football!)."
    Mrs Barker, Northampton, Northamptonshire

    Mr Melvin, Corby, Northamptonshire
"We had a great time, the property was the best I have used. Would recommend to anyone who wants a lovely cottage and privacy."
    Mrs McNulty, Stanley, Durham
"We all had a fantastic holiday. There was everything you could need at the cottage, and it was immaculately clean and tidy. We could not fault it at all! It was an excellent base to visit coastal towns such as Rhyl, Llandudno and Colwyn Bay, and close to shops and pubs. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was like home from home, and we wouldn't hesitate to visit again!"
