The location offers an easy drive to Conwy and its famous castle on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park (24 miles), Llandudno with its Victorian promenade (26 miles) and the Roman city of Chester (28 miles).
This pretty terraced cottage has a comfortable sitting room with TV/Freeview. The colourful kitchen has a washing machine and freezer and has been furnished with much care and attention to detail. On the first floor the double and twin bedrooms and bath/shower room are, once again, furnished with many pretty accessories. The property benefits from full gas central heating and a gas fire in the living room. To the front is a small lawned garden with seating. Private parking to the rear of the property.
Gronant itself has a local pub within walking distance. This area of North Wales boasts a wonderful sandy coastline with dunes, nature reserves and bird watching. Amongst the nearby holiday attractions and traditional seaside resorts is a leisure park at Prestatyn, a large ice rink at Deeside and the redeveloped waterfront at Rhyl includes a harbour and the open seafront SeaQuarium. Cycling is a great way to explore the North Wales coast, with a traffic-free cycle route linking Gronant, Prestatyn and Rhyl, where a bridge crosses the river and the route continues towards Llandudno and Conwy. Bodelwyddan Castle with its country house, park and gardens is 10 miles away. Access is easy from this property along the main A55 road to the Snowdonia National Park and many other places of interest such as the National Trust's Bodnant Gardens. Inland are the picturesque rolling green hills and farmland of the Clwydian range.
