Sunnyridge is an outstanding property situated in the coastal village of Amroth.  Set in its own beautifully kept grounds the property boasts a fantastic patio area overlooking a vast lawn, floodlit BBQ area and sun terrace with canopy.  Inside the property it is very spacious, accommodating up to 8 guests.  Super property with sea and wooded views -  a perfect base for an enjoyable holiday with walks at Colby Lodge, a National Trust garden within ten minutes' walk.

At the entrance level the hall leads to a fully fitted kitchen with built in cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washer/drier and separate fridge and there is also an additional fridge/freezer. Opposite the kitchen are two good sized reception rooms, a dining room and a lounge both with sea glimpses. The lounge has TV (Sky), Wifi, DVD. On the gorund floor is a single bedroom with whb and a bathroom with whb,wc and shaving points. Upstairs there are two master bedrooms with sea views, one doube with a cot and a single bedroom. All bedrooms have whb and shaving points and bed linen is provided. There is a family bathroom with whb,wc, bath with shower over.

Outside the garden includes a meandering trout stream and football goal posts for the young at heart to enjoy.

Central Heating and Electricity included.

Ample parking for 4 cars.
