Location: Isolated, yet accessible, this detached cottage stands on the banks of the river Lledr not far from Betws y Coed, towards Dolwyddelan and offers excellent river and woodland birdwatching. An easy drive takes you to the coast at Llandudno or Conwy, or towards capel Curig and the heart of Snowdonia.
Accommodation: Glan Lledr is a simple cosy little cottage with its exposed beams, fireplace and range, retaining much original character. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin (* new* there were previously two double rooms, the alteration to twin beds is to give more flexibility for families), bathroom (bath with shower over, please note, water pressure is low), fitted galley kitchen, lounge with range fireplace and dining room overlooking the river.
Facilities include storage heaters, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, Wifi internet access, payphone and garden furniture. The garden has 400 yards of river frontage and a salmon pool. Bed linen and towels are supplied. Electricity is extra by meter reading. Logs are included in the tariff. Please note there is NO TV reception at this cottage, but there is a television with DVD player and a small selection of DVDs.
