Llwynonn is a single-storey property leading to a pretty cottage garden/patio area, with lovely uninterrupted views over pasture land and rolling hills. Situated down a quiet country lane in the grounds of the owners' home, near Glyn Ceiriog, off the Ceiriog Valley Scenic Route, 5.5 miles to Chirk, 6.5 miles to Llangollen.

This cottage has a comfortable open-plan living room with TV/DVD and WiFi (but please note the WiFi is not always reliable due to the rural location), an electric log effect stove and lovely views. The kitchen/diner has a bistro-style dining area, a compact two ring hob and oven, and fridge with freezer compartment; guests also have use of the owners' washing machine and freezer. The comfortable twin bedded room has a vanity unit. There is small shower room with basin, and a separate WC. Heating is by electric radiators. Outside is a delightful little patio area, a sheltered bench and pretty mature gardens.

Llwynonn is an ideal base for exploring this unspoilt area, with nearby woodland walks, local fishing and riding. Glyn Ceiriog has a small shop and a community run pub. There is another pub/restaurant approx 700 yards away. A scenic drive takes you to the market town of Chirk, with the National Trust's Chirk Castle, or the pretty riverside town of Llangollen with its canal, World Heritage aqueduct and Llangollen Heritage railway. The town of Bala, with its large lake for watersports, at the edge of the Snowdonia National Park, is 25 miles away.
