Within a two-hour drive of London and benefiting from a direct train service from Waterloo, our county town Dorchester is just a few miles away and takes around ten minutes to reach by car. Alternatively a bus service connects hourly with Winterbourne Abbas.
Being on the edge of open countryside, in a secluded setting, the location offers excellent access to footpaths from its front door. Maiden Castle, The Hardy Monument and even the coast are within a days tramp.
