Graham and Anne-Marie would like to welcome you to Little Glebe Farm, which is superbly situated in the heart of rural West Dorset, nestling in the green and luscious Winterbourne valley. The farm offers two self catering units both modern and fully equipped: 'Lavender Lodge' and 'The Granary', each of which benefits from its own safe and private parking space.
Little Glebe Farm provides a perfect base for daytrips: Dorchester, Bridport and Weymouth are all within easy reach. The world heritage 'Jurassic Coast' is only five miles away, with its numerous beaches and attractions. In addition Portland, the site of the Olympic sailing events for the London Olympics lies just beyond Weymouth and is easily accessible from here.
Within a two-hour drive of London and benefiting from a direct train service from Waterloo, our county town Dorchester is just a few miles away and takes around ten minutes to reach by car. Alternatively a bus service connects hourly with Winterbourne Abbas.
Being on the edge of open countryside, in a secluded setting, the location offers excellent access to footpaths from its front door. Maiden Castle, The Hardy Monument and even the coast are within a days tramp. Discover the unspoiled greenways weaving across the rolling down land of West Dorset and revive your connection to this green and pleasant land.
