Guinea Royal Cottage, EXMOUTH, near BUDLEIGH SALTERTON is a superb 1850's 2 bed character cottage hidden away in a quiet location. Situated just a couple of minutes walk to the town centre and 7 mins. walk from the seafront, with its two mile sandy beach and the NEW CYCLE PATH TO LYMPSTONE. Bike hire shop in town centre. Exmouth is the gateway to the Jurassic Coast and is on the South West Coastal Path. TOPSHAM with its excellent shops cafes and restaurants and EXETER with its new shopping complex are nearby by train on the picturesque AVOCET LINE, alongside the Exe Estuary.
The downstairs has stripped pine floors and rugs a comfortable living room and the large separate kitchen/breakfast room has a table to seat 6, a gas oven and eye level grill, dishwasher, washer/dryer, food processor and is a fully equipped kitchen. Aga on in Winter, also a small back yard for hanging washing/bins and cleaning walking shoes! The cottage has gas central heating and a living flame fire in the living room.
This pretty holiday cottage has an attractive front walled garden with a Victorian style white table and chairs and the cottage has tasteful furnishing throughout.
