Middle Coombe Farm is a delightful 16th /17th century traditional cob and thatch farmhouse set in some of the most beautiful countryside in Devon making it an ideal location for a holiday or break with family or friends.

When you arrive at Coombe you will be welcomed by Tim or Angela Malyon (the owners) with a tour of the house and grounds. Then relax after your journey with a homemade cream tea or cake in the magnificent wood panelled sitting room.

This beautiful farmhouse sleeps a maximum of 20 people and there is room for 16 seated in the Aga warmed kitchen around a large kitchen table.

There are eight bedrooms at Coombe and we are very flexible with regard to numbers of people sleeping in single, twin and double beds. Bedroom 8 is an annexe, which sleeps from 2 - 6 people with a separate kitchen and bathroom.

There is a childrens playroom with lots of toys and a TV and DVD player and also a library with an extensive range of books.

Babies under 2 years of age are free of charge and we provide 2 x travel cots and 1 x full size wooden baby cot but please supply your own baby bedding.

Out of season we do book weekend breaks Friday 3pm to Monday/Tuesday10am as well as the usual full weeks. We also book weekdays, ideal for day or overnight business meetings and anybody with free weekdays/nights or Monday 3pm to Friday 9.30 am.

We can cater for National Accessible scheme Mobility impairment levels M1 and M2 (in relation to our annexe and downstairs only).
