It is the perfect location to enjoy woodland walks whilst taking in the wildlife and magnificent views across the Exe Estuary.

Easton House is a late eighteenth century Georgian house which has been converted into five luxury apartments. It has a very impressive position on the Exe Estuary and most apartments have views looking across the water to Exmouth and out to sea. From the striking house, tidy lawns slope down to open parkland with magnificent views.

Meadowside Apartment - Two bedrooms, sleeps four - one double, one twin. Ground floor accommodation overlooking sweeping lawns.

Warren View Apartment - Two bedrooms, sleeps four - one double, one twin. First floor accommodation overlooking the Exe Estuary.

Blue Waters Apartment - Three bedrooms, sleeps six - one double, two twins. First floor accommodation overlooking the Exe Estuary.

Parklands Apartment - Three bedrooms, sleeps six - one double, one twin with bathroom on first floor, one twin with shower room on second floor. Interestingly designed from servants‚ quarters.

Woodside Cottages comprises of three cosy cottages set among fields and woodland. A fantastic secluded location for a peaceful break in the countryside.

Woodside - Three bedrooms, sleeps six. On the first floor is one bedroom with a double and a single bed and another double bedroom. On the ground floor is one single bedroom.

Estuary View - Two bedrooms, sleeps four. One double and one twin. Ground floor accommodation.

The Linney - Two bedrooms, sleeps four. One double and one twin. Ground floor accommodation.

Eastdon Stable Cottages comprise of five original cottage conversions, these cleverly restored buildings back onto Eastdon House. All are cleverly converted from old stables to a very high standard.

The Coaching House - Three bedrooms, sleeps six. One double and one twin on first floor, one double on ground floor.

Horseshoe - Two bedrooms, sleeps four. One double and bathroom on first floor, one double on ground floor.

Honeysuckle - Three bedrooms, sleeps six. One double, one twin and shower room on first floor. One double and family bathroom on ground floor.

Primrose - Three bedrooms, sleep six. One twin on upper landing, one double and bathroom on lower landing, one double on ground floor.

All accommodation is fully furnished and equipped with tv, dvd player, cooker, fridge, microwave, crockery, cutlery, utensils, cot and highchair. Bed linen and towels are provided. Our accommodation is non smoking and we do not accept pets. The accommodation is linked to Cofton Country Holiday Park which is where you check in to collect your keys. You will be given a car pass and are welcome to visit the park during your stay to use the facilties such as the swimming pool and fishing lakes (charge applies March - October).
