Situated on a traditional mixed farm in the heart of Suffolk's Heritage Coast, the Gedgrave Broom offers a unique chance to truly get away from it all. Approached through a large private wood, one mile from public roads, the fully equipped all electric house retains its 18th century character yet offers spacious accommodation for up to nine people. The Broom is ancient, utterly private and tranquil, with no street lighting. It is also where John Seymour wrote his first handbook The Fat of the Land. Available all year round on short/long lets, the Gedgrave Broom was described by the English Tourist Council as unique and outstanding. Our visitor comments say it all. Suffolk's best kept secret, there is nowhere else like it.
New From 2007, the adjacent barn available for parties. Ideal for family/group gatherings to seat up to 40 people for lunch / supper. Barn is insulated and has 240V power, with a laminate wood effect floor perfect for dancing. No curfew applies so music can be played through the night if desired. Mature groups preferred. For all your party needs contact ACE Bar Services on 01394 420100.
