Two beautiful architect-converted barns in a very peaceful location with spectacular views over the Blyth estuary and adjoining farmland, which can be joined for large family parties. Set in two acres of land, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a Site of Special Scientific Interest, they are ideal for families, walkers and bird-watchers. Southwold and Walberswick sandy beaches are just four miles away. The barns are sunny in summer and cosy in winter with woodburning stoves and underfloor heating. There are toys, swings and a spacious playbarn, and a babysitting service is available. Lower Barn in particular is suitable for disabled visitors.
Lower Barn includes: Ground floor: A spacious, very well-equipped open-plan living/dining/kitchen area with French windows to morning and evening terrace. Dishwasher, microwave. Separate entrance hall. Bathroom with wc. Separate wc. Double/twin bedroom. Double bedroom. Utility room with washing machine, tumble drier and freezer shared with other barn. Phone with wireless internet access.
First floor: Two galleried twin bedrooms with sloping roofs, one approached by stair ladder.
Sleeps up to 8 plus cot or folding bed on request.

The two barns can be booked jointly for parties of up to thirteen people.
