The cottage has a king-size double bedroom, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a dressing room, a bathroom, a kitchen, a utility room, a dining room and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, and two enclosed side, lawned gardens, one with a decked area and furniture. Glan Twrch is a wonderful base for your relaxing holiday.

Around and About

Situated just five miles from the popular town of Bala, the traditional Welsh village of Llanuwchllyn is located at the southern end of Bala Lake - the largest natural body of water in Wales. With a shop, petrol station and pub serving excellent food, the village is best known as the headquarters of the narrow gauge Bala Lake Railway, offering a nine mile scenic journey along the lakeside. The town of Bala is close by and is renowned as a centre for water sports such as fishing, sailing, canoeing, windsurfing and whitewater rafting. Within the town itself, visitors can enjoy a range of interesting shops, inns, restaurants and an historical town walk, whilst the Berwyn mountain range offers great walking, cycling and other outdoor activities within easy reach.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
