Nether Burrows is the perfect secluded rural Derbyshire Peak District setting to have that long overdue reunion, to celebrate that special birthday or anniversary or just to get your friends together and enjoy a relaxing holiday.

Nether Burrows is the home to four large holiday cottages, each equipped for all your self catering holiday needs. Meadow View and Willow Barn each sleep 14 people and are identical properties, perfect for larger groups with children. They are have a traditional country feel and each comprise two double en suite rooms, one double four-poster room and four twin rooms with three bath/shower rooms. Large living/dining areas and kitchens give the ideal opportunity to socialise with friends and the games room will entertain the kids, young or old! Sunshine Cottage was converted in 2008 and sleeps a maximum of 10 people. It has been completed to a luxurious finish with a modern twist on the country feel and has a relaxing hot tub on the terrace for you to warm up in on a chilly country evening. The large kitchen and living areas on the ground floor are underfloor heated with comforting log burner and extendable dining table. Four luxury double bedrooms to the first and second floors each have underfloor heated en suites, two with double size baths and two with large showers. Three of these rooms can be provided as either double or twin rooms, depending on requirements.

The original Derbyshire Farmhouse at Nether Burrows has recently been refurbished to provide accommodation for 10 people and has a traditional feel of where grandma used to live! An open plan kitchen/dining area is in addition to a comfortable lounge and separate TV room. Five bedrooms in the farmhouse are all available as twin or double rooms, two with shower en suites and one additional bathroom. A large games room to the second floor can be accessed via the 'secret staircase'!

Each of the four cottages on site are self contained with their own parking areas and can be booked separately or as a group depending on your requirements. Due to a number of requests in the past we can now also provide a party pack‚ when booking Sunshine Cottage to seat up to 50 guests and help your special celebrations run more smoothly.
