The two and three bedroomed level ground floor properties accommodate from 2 - 6 people. Each spacious cottage is tastefully decorated with contemporary furnishings including comfy leather sofas, flat screen TVs & DVD players. Bedrooms are of a good size, bathrooms and kitchens are well equipped for your holiday requirements with everything you would expect from 3-4 star VisitBritain grading. The adjacent parking makes them particularly accessible.

Dogs very welcome in selected cottages - 2 small or 1 larger dog per cottage by prior arrangement only.

Enjoy a chirstmas or New year Break in one of the cosy & warm cottages. We even provide and a decorated Christmas Tree! On Christmas day you can take part in the Charity Swim at Exmouth or if you prefer to swim off your Chirstmas Day lunch take the plunge in Sidmouth on Boxing Day.
