Only a short drive from the North Cornwall coast - 2 large detached neighbouring properties, each within its own enclosed garden. A large Victorian Farmhouse sleeps 2-8 (+2) in 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin rooms, 2 sitting rooms (with plus 2 sofabed in second sitting room), dining room, 2 bath/shower rooms, fully equipped kitchen.

The Stone Barn, new luxury barn conversion with serious green credentials sleeps 4 -10 (+2 ) in 5 bedrooms (3 kingsize rooms, 2 with ensuite shower rooms and the third with sofabed for plus 2, 2 addtional twin rooms, with separate feature bathroom and further shower/wc, boot/utility room, open plan lounge/kitchen/dining arranged around huge double sided log burner - all beds have pocket sprung mattresses and luxury organic bedlinen. Guests have use of wildlife/activity games room with wildlife activities and table tennis in small barn conversion next door. Can also be used for large family celebrations.

Available to hire separately or together.

All guests have access to 130 acre private nature trails with wildlife hides, activities and rest points throughout from the garden gate

The Stone Barn low season discount price for small party using 2 bedrooms £660 up to £1050 for full house from Sept to March excl school hols. High season from £1000 to £2350
Farmhouse low season discount price £500 for 2 to 4 people using 2 bedrooms up to £800 for full house 10 guests from Sept to May excl school hols. High season from £800 to £1500
