Sleeping up to 6 in 3 en-suite bedrooms, one on the ground floor, it is two minutes from a cosy country pub serving good homemade food. Doorstep walks/cycling include the spectacular Manifold Trail. Close to Dovedale, Ashbourne, and Alton Towers, it offers a great base for exploring the wider Peak District and the Staffordshire Moorlands.

Once the barn to the owners adjoining former farmhouse, the cottage has recently been sympathetically renovated; making the most of the stone and timber which were part of its original charm, whilst upgrading its facilities. It is owner-managed, enabling a high standard of cleanliness, welcoming homely touches and a provisions basket.
