A beautiful traditional cottage in an outstanding location at the foot of Maumturk Mountains in the picturesque Inagh Valley.

Interiors are traditional and charming with exposed stone walls and wood floors. The open fire in the sitting room is a lovely feature and perfect for the cooler evenings. Step outside and the views are amazing… What a wonderful, peaceful place to escape to! A popular area for hiking, walking, climbing and touring, this charming holiday cottage is situated on the Western Way walk. The nearby bar and restaurant (open from mid-March to early December only) and Inagh Lake is just ¾ mile away and a lovely stopping off point for lunch.

Clifden is a popular bustling town with many attractions with excellent pubs and restaurants. Horse Riding, surfing, windsurfing, kayaking, sea angling and trout fishing are all available locally and there are excellent walking and cycling tracks and trails in the area.

This is a great base for exploring the spectacular scenery of Connemara with its many lakes, mountains and interesting and varied coastline and dark night skies. It’s time to switch off, relax and do a little stargazing.
